Donald Trump wins the US election 2016 this morning. The stunning election victory has astonished the entire world and sent shockwaves around the globe.

Republican frontrunner Donald Trump wins the key states of Ohio, Florida and North Carolina as he marches towards the White House.

Along the way, Trump trashed any chances that Hillary Clinton may have had for becoming the 45th president of the United States.

President for All Americans

Trump has been one of the most controversial figures to run for the American presidency ever. He successfully polarized the entire electorate with his outspoken remarks regarding Muslims, Blacks and Hispanics.

However, in the victory speech, Donald Trump said that he will be ‘president for All Americans.’ The speech was carried out in New York.

While, Trump further said that he and his team were making contacts with and reaching out to all the people who were not supportive of him during the campaign. He said this was being done in order to unify the country.

Time to come together

Donald Trump said to the American people that it was time to get over with the past and become united. He vowed that all the Americans who had been forgotten by the American establishment will no more be forgotten.

Movement, not campaign

Donald Trump reiterated the fact that it was a movement of the American people that had brought him into the White House. This movement comprised of people from all walks of life and with all backgrounds.

Extraordinary Night

The election night was an extraordinary night for Donald Trump. His winning streak started with the swing state of Florida.

A victory here meant that he was on his way to the White House. South Carolina and Ohio sealed his fate as the next president.

His main rival, Hillary Clinton was adamant in the beginning and refrained from conceding her defeat. Later, however, she called Donald Trump and offered congratulations.

Trump accepted her remarks generously and acknowledged the hard work she has done all these years.
