  • 2 tbsp. turmeric
  • 400 grams of onion
  • Ginger root
  • 400 grams of sweetener
  • 1 liter water
  • Preparation
  • Mix water and sweetener. Boil for a few minutes
  • Chop and mix the onion and ginger. Add it to the boiling mixture.
  • Add turmeric and lower down the heat.
  • Simmer until half of the original amount is left.
  • Strain in a glass and place inside a fridge.
  • Consume two tablespoons daily.
